The Primaticcio area is residential, very quiet, and safe; the street is quiet and well-traveled.

It’s located just a few minutes from the San Siro Stadium, and nearby you’ll find supermarkets, all kinds of restaurants, pubs, bars, ice cream shops, and even pharmacies.

All areas of Milan are easily accessible thanks to the public transportation available nearby.

Suitable for up to 6 people, you can stay here as a couple, with family, friends, or even coworkers.

The Space
We’ve changed our cleaning service, check-in process, and communication channels.

The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

The apartment is divided into: a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, and a balcony.

-The bedroom features a very comfortable double bed and a very spacious closet where you can store your personal belongings.

-The living room is spacious and features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a Smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix and YouTube.

-The kitchen is open-concept, and you’ll find everything you need to cook your favourite meal: pans, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, a sink, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a coffee maker.

-The dining room has a table with chairs, so you can enjoy meals with others, and a sofa bed.

-The bathroom has a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, and a complimentary toiletries kit.

-The balcony is private, and you can enjoy the wonderful view of Milan.

It also offers completely free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely at full speed and without interruptions.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with your digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU LOSE THE APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.
