The space
We’ve switched cleaning companies, hired new staff for communications, and changed the lock to make access easier.
The apartment is very bright, with a modern design that will make you feel right at home. The neutral colors create a relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is divided into: a living room, kitchen, bedroom area, bathroom, and balcony.

-Living Room: features a sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa suitable for 2 people, where you can relax while watching a movie on Netflix thanks to the provided Smart TV.

-Kitchen: fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, plates, sink, kitchen utensils, and a coffee maker.

-Bedroom: featuring a large double bed and a closet where you can comfortably store your clothes.

-Balcony: private, perfect for enjoying a great cup of coffee with your partner or friends.

-Bathroom: equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, sink, hair dryer, a washing machine available for your use free of charge, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the internet without interruption.

The apartment has independent heating.
Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with the digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR LOST APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only 20€.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
