Elena was an excellent host and extremely responsive in the months leading up to our trip. Teo's House was a perfect fit for our group of 3 and the location was very conveniently located near tram, metro, and activities. The apartment was well stocked with necessities like bedding, toiletries, hangers, drying rack, washer, laundry detergent, kitchenwares, umbrellas, & more!

Teo's House - Navigli Apartments would be the perfect choice for guests looking to be surrounded in a lively, active neighborhood and is more suited for those looking to stay out late and enjoy the nightlife of Milan. For us, it was really too loud as it's located right in the middle of many restaurants and bars.
It is a lovely place, however - very clean and nicely renovated with so many nice extra things at your disposal (coffee, creamers, crackers, Nutella and jams plus things you don't often see at rental properties like sunscreen). I think this place is perfect for the right guests, we were just looking for something quieter.
Note on the shower - make sure you keep them short because the hot water runs out super quickly.

This was our second stay at Teo's House in 2 weeks. We flew into Milan and spent our first week here. We traveled up to the mountains and Elena was gracious enough to store our larger luggage for us since we were returning back here for the final days of our Italy trip.
