Front staff was very professional and helpful and the room we stayed in for 3 (with our daughter) was spacious and very clean. Instead of a cot, the twin bed was a comfortable bed and well placed in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, facility, and staff was great. No issues with check-in/check-out. The rooms are well appointed, especially for the price. Only problem was they do not have an airport shuttle, which was advertised and the main reason we booked with them through Expedia. They did help reserve taxi’s, but they are ridiculously expensive in Italy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. a couple of minor issues in the bathroom that need to be fixed, but nothing significant. The gentleman at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed staying at NH Linate. It was a beautiful hotel and the bathroom was very clean. There was an ant problem in our room on the third floor. We noticed an ant trap in the bathroom on arrival. The next morning there were many ants in our room. We tried killing some, but there were a lot and I think this must be an ongoing issue due to the trap.

Exceptional hotel.

We had just left lake garda after a two week stay in Italy. The “family room” they gave us exceeded our expectations by a lot. The bathroom was very large and practical, all the fixtures new and clean. The room was large and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, service was exceptional, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in ages. I’ll definitely always stay at this hotel.

Very good hotel and reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is ample and of good quality. While the area is a bit industrial and feels isolated, there is a good restaurant/bar across the street. The only real drawback is the lack of an airport shuttle. To get to Linate airport where there is a metro station for getting into the city, a taxi must be requested and will cost approximately 30 euros since they charge for the milage to get to the hotel. Returning from Linate the cost is aprox. 19 euros.

No restaurant in hotel except breakfast

The staff was excellent, and the facility was excellent. However, the location was terrible. It was not really very close to the airport. A very long taxi ride. And there was NO restaurant as was advertised. There is a breakfast room, but there is no food service in the hotel after breakfast. We had counted on having dinner there the night we arrived. The facility is located in an industrial park and the few restaurants in the area were closed on Monday night when we arrived. So it was impossible to get dinner. We ate from the hotels’ self serve selection with prepared meals cooked in the microwave. Adequate but not very appetizing. So be forewarned that this is a possibility that there is no nearby restaurants available on Monday and absolutely no restaurant in the hotel.

the property common places were pretty old, residence not easy to find. parking kind of far, reception not very nice, carpet in common area very old, stairs from parking to residence dirty, the room was clean, A/C good too. Not a 4 stars residence. hotel was closed and it was hard to find the residence entrance. Very near Linate airport, that was a plus.

Around 25 minutes from Linare Airport (taxi costed 35 euros). Terrible internet connection. Hotel has no restaurant for dinner and restaurants offer is limited, but Hotel has a vending machine with frozen food and they provide a microwave oven and forks. Is not easy to get by bus from Milan city center, it takes 1 train 1 bus 1 long walk that seems safe during the day time.
