The 60 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, secluded position that guarantees maximum privacy. The entrance is through the first private courtyard, which immediately introduces the welcoming atmosphere of the home. A large hallway opens onto a bright, relaxing living room furnished with a comfortable sofa (also usable as a single bed) and a large table ideal for dining or as a spacious work station.

From the living room there is access to the second private courtyard, the true jewel of the apartment. This intimate, peaceful green space is perfect for relaxing in the sun, having breakfast outdoors or working in full tranquility. A precious and rare corner in the heart of Milan, ideal for anyone seeking a moment of calm amid urban life.

To the left of the entrance is the bedroom, featuring a large double bed. The window overlooking the front courtyard floods the room with natural light during the day, creating a serene, pleasant environment for rest and relaxation.

Next to the living room there is a practical kitchenette, compact but well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

A short hallway leads to the bathroom, comfortable and functional, complete with shower, sink, toilet and all necessary amenities for the stay.

High-speed Wi‑Fi (879 Mbps), washing machine and dryer are also available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for the duration of the stay. The host is an experienced property manager who will be available during the stay. At check-in, an identity document will be required for local authorities and the short-term rental agreement must be signed. Early check-in and late check-out are not possible due to scheduled cleaning.

Street parking is available free of charge, but it is neither guaranteed nor reserved specifically for the B&B.

GETTING AROUND

The nearest metro stations are Porta Genova (M2 - Green Line), approximately 5 minutes on foot, and Sant’Agostino (M2 - Green Line), approximately 6 minutes on foot. Missori (M3 - Yellow Line) is reachable within a few minutes by public transport.

Tram stops Piazza Ventiquattro Maggio and Colonne di San Lorenzo are both about 5 minutes on foot and are served by lines 2 and 9, connecting the area effectively with other parts of the city.

Several bus lines run nearby, including 58, 60, 68, 94, N15 and NM4; the Piazza Ventiquattro Maggio stop is the closest, about 5 minutes on foot, while other nearby stops include Colonne di San Lorenzo and Corso Genova - Via Ariberto.

Train: Milano Porta Romana station is easily reachable, offering connections on lines S9 and S13 and an interchange with the M3 metro line.
