The place was clean and very well located (about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, or 15 minutes by tram. The station is right next door). The instructions for collecting the keys upon arrival were a bit confusing, but Lorenzo was reachable by phone and was able to help us quickly. Note that it’s a loft, so the two bedrooms are not enclosed, and daylight comes in early in the morning. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend this accommodation. ##### Théo M.
