Ideal for couples, families, and visitors to the racetrack. Bright living room with wood-look flooring, fully equipped open kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle), sofa, Smart TV, and designer bookshelf. The bedroom features a double bed, a spacious closet, and a loft with two single beds—perfect for families or small groups. Bathroom with shower, bidet, and all amenities.
