Traveling with two college sons it was perfect having three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The sleeping area is completely separate from the living area, which was great to hang out and not bother anyone in bed. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything you want. Good food close by, 20 minute or so walk and you could get to many historical areas. Within minutes of the metro.

#### Lovely, quiet and well appointed flat in a nice area

The apartment is well designed, with the living and sleeping areas separated. With the windows closed, it is almost silent - no noise from the street or neighbors. The kitchen is well equipped and the baths are large and nicely appointed. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and checkin/ checkout was simple.

#### Quiet, contemporary and well located

This is a great property that has lots of space as a well-designed, recently remodeled, modern apartment. The living, kitchen and small office area along with the reception area are all discretely separated from the three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and clothes washing room. There are balconies on both sides of the apartment boasting a variety of views. The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and kitchen equipment. This is a must for anyone visiting Milan and enjoys space, light and peace for unbroken sleep.

#### Great property, A++

We spent one week (4 adults, 2 children) here and had a wonderful time. Great location, price, and setup. Plenty of room, easy to get to public transit and main attractions of Milan, and comfortable setting. Nico was very kind and responsive, even helped organize travel to the airport during the train strike. Highly recommended!

#### Size of apartment was good for my family. We didn’t spend much time there but we needed three rooms.

I would say that the mattresses were super firm. They need to add instructions on how to use the washing machine and dishwasher! The process for recycling and garbage is intense.

#### Gute Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht, selbst zum kochen!

Ruhige Lage, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Pizzeria und Bars in Laufweite, mittels Taxi sehr schnell im Zentrum.
