The hotel is tourist friendly and they went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I were comfortable. There was everything you could want around the hotel: mini-supermarkets, restaurants, barbers and even a gelatetia next door! The room was comfortable with air conditioning and the staff of the hotel were super friendly. Two blocks to be precise. And from there you can get anywhere in Milano. The staff is super friendly, check ins are amazingly quick. The rooms are pristine clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is a mini buffet style, very satisfying and nutritious. Staff is multilingual and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro with plenty of convenient stores and quiet restaurants nearby. Room was clean and everything including AC was working fine. Only notes would be that the bathroom was VERY small. I'm 5'9 and struggled to move in the shower and sit on the toilet--I imagine taller folks will have a harder time. Only other minor issue is that there weren't enough outlets in the unit. Fridge was unplugged and we had to use the outlet next to the bed to power. Alles sehr Laut und hellhörig, Lärm gab es bis Mitternacht (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin). Kissen waren sehr hart. Frühstück gab es kaum Auswahl. Am zweiten Tag wurden unsere Handtücher mitgenommen, jedoch keine neuen mehr hingelegt. Für einen Städtetrip reicht es völlig aus, man darf aber nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Anbindung zur Metro ist sehr gut. Credo che gli standard dei gestori italiani siano piú elevati, ipotizzo che ora la struttura è di proprietà di non italiani.
