### GARIBALDI, 64 – In the heart of the historic center

Beautiful studio apartment of approximately 35 sqm, recently renovated, located on the seventh floor with an elevator in a modern building. Please note that the elevator goes up to the sixth floor, and to reach the top floor, you will need to take a flight of stairs.  
  
Inside, the living/bedroom is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. It features a ready-to-use bed and a small table for two. In front of the bed, there is a Smart TV.  
  
From here, you can access a small terrace with space for a table for two, perfect for evening aperitifs.  
  
The bathroom is spacious, complete with a shower, and has a window. There is also a washing machine.  
  
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.  
  
Thanks to its prime location, this apartment serves as the perfect base to explore the Brera district, with its art galleries, trendy restaurants, and bars, as well as for easy walking to Milan’s main tourist attractions.
