Bright one bedroom apartment for vacation rentals in Milan with terrace, located on the fourth floor of a stately building (with elevator until the third floor) in the historical center of Milan.  
  
The apartment is located at 5 minutes by foot from Missori metro stop (yellow line), leading to Stazione Centrale and to Duomo stops.  
Tram lines number 2, 3 and 14 are located 300 meters away from the apartment and lead to Navigli area, Turati and Viale Melchiorre Gioia.

The apartment is located in Milan city center, at a few steps from San Lorenzo Basilica and from its park. There are two supermarkets in this area, one in Via Torino and the other in Via Santa Croce. This modern and bright 65 sq.mt apartment, fitted with parquet flooring and air conditioning in the living room, opens up onto a corridor with a small walk-in closet on the left, leading to the day area, furnished with a comfortable couch, a TV corner, a dining table for 2 people, a fully equipped hideaway kitchen corner complete with dishwasher and the access to a furnished terrace overlooking the inner courtyard of the building.  
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.  
Air conditioning only in the living room.
