Studio apartment of about 40 square meters recently built and located on the second floor in a quiet and silent context. The apartment has a centralized heating and cooling system, a home automation system for controlling lights and shutters, and parquet flooring. Upon entering you access the living area with a two-seater sofa, 43-inch smart TV, and a table for 3 people. The open kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, traditional combined oven and microwave, two-burner induction hob and coffee machine. The ante bathroom has a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer while the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a full-length mirror. The area where the apartment is located is well connected to the city’s primary points of interest. It is just a few meters away from Crocetta subway station (yellow line - MM3), from which you can easily reach the Central Station (yellow line - MM3/green line - MM2) and piazza Duomo (in 2 stops only!).
