Refined one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of the Amendola Fiera and Portello metro stations; an ideal location for reaching and exploring any part of the city.   
  
Situated on the 3rd floor with lift of a characteristic 1970s building, this apartment is bright, equipped with many amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, microwave and air conditioning, and is suitable for up to 4 people.  
  
\- Living Area and Kitchen: The entrance opens onto a bright living area, where every detail has been carefully thought out. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need and features a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and much more. The living area extends onto a large balcony, which not only offers pleasant moments in the open air, but also gives the room plenty of natural light. In the living room there is also a quality sofa bed for two guests, so you can easily transform the area into a comfortable bedroom.  
  
\- Bedroom: Separated from the living area, you will find a double bedroom with beautiful fitted wardrobes that provide ample space for your personal belongings.
