The staff at this boutique hotel made us feel like family. They welcomed us with open arms as soon as we arrived, texted links with food options and directions to historic sites. The room was perfect for me, my 20 yo daughter and 23 yo son. The location was absolutely perfect! Everything (attractions/shopping/restaurant/local store) was in walking distance. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Xoxo Virgina, USA

A bit difficult to find located in an office buildings at the end of an alley. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was in the small side but well equipped. Pricey for what you get but it is close to the Duomo and other places and it is Milan after all which is expensive. You’re on your own bringing up luggage.

The hotel was great - we were unsure when we first arrived as it wasn’t easy to locate being on the 3rd floor of a building with no signs! But it felt like we were in a different place once we got in! Staff were really helpful and the room was plenty big enough for 4 of us. It was a lovely room. We would recommend paying the extra for breakfast as it was only a few pounds and we were directed to a nearby cafe for coffee, juice and a croissant with a topping each. Perfect. Check out was at 11.30 and we left the bags with reception whilst we went out for the day. Location was near an underground station or about 15 mins walk to the Cathedral. We really liked this place and would happily go back

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and well equipped with many necessary amenities including slippers and toothbrushes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was nice. From the outside/entrance it doesn’t seem very appealing and looks like a regular apartament or office building but once you get inside it”s wonderful.

It was a floor inside a building, so limited amenities, but the rooms are 5 star standard, clean and comfortable and the staff (Melissa) went above and beyond and explained in details what we could and how to access, she was really helpful. The location is good 18 min walk to center and easy access by metro.

It’s a little bit hard to find the hotel because there’s no sign on the building. But once you get in everything is excellent. It’s located very convenient in the city.
