There is a beautiful Venta in walking distance serving wonderful food and drinks. The Villa has been comprehensively refurbished and stylishly furnished to cater for the discerning client. Whilst keeping the traditional Spanish style for the exterior, the interior is stylishly modern with a Nordic twist but still keeping true to its Spanish Origins. The Villa enjoys the finest spectacular panoramic views in the region, which are enjoyed from every room and also in the garden and pool area. The property is located in a peaceful exclusive Cul De Sac. It is approached through an impressive arched estate electric entrance from where you are immediately presented with the most spectacular coastal views. The spacious property is designed for larger parties who enjoy the Mediterranean social and entertaining lifestyle - even close enough for an evening taxi ride to savour the delights of Marbella and Puerto Banus. It is also cosy for a smaller group 2 - 4 guests. 6 Minutes drive to Mijas Pueblo, 15 minutes drive to Fuengirola and 25 minutes drive to Marbella and Malaga Airport. The villa has many spacious entertaining, lounging, sunbathing and chilling areas, both inside and outside. The large pool is situated to maximise the panoramic coastal and mountain vistas. A feature of the stunning pool area is the outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer, BBQ area and Spanish bar. The well equipped main kitchen leads on to the open plan dining area where a statement dining table for 8 is positioned in a semi- circular looking over those stunning views and pool area below. in addition just off the open plan kitchen there is a large external ‘feature’ dining balcony, enjoying what must be the best al-fresco dining position on the ‘Costa Del Sol’ with once again featuring those stunning views. On the lower floor there is a spacious comfortable lounge with extensive seating, ideal for quiet relaxation or family film cinema nights on the 60” Ultra HD LED Smart Television which is enabled for Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney channel with your subscription. There is also Sky Sports. This lounge enjoys extensive glazed window areas to take advantage of the stunning views and a wonderful window seat area and takes you out to the swimming pool area. A large utility is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer and steam iron. All bedrooms have private en-suites and most bedrooms have their own individual balconies, which are perfect for ‘chill out time.’ The spacious master bedroom was designed above all to be luxurious and demonstratively the best in the villa. The master en-suite has both shower and bathing areas, with the bathing area having a feature over-sized bath. There is a seperate dressing area in the Master's own corridor which has just been upgraded. For privacy in mind, one bedroom suite has its own private external entrance, ideal for couples who enjoy their own space. The extensive grounds include a magical tree shaded expanse with several nooks and crannies and out of the way shaded chill areas for rest and relaxation away from the main party. There is also an extendable canopy for extra shade in those warm summer days. The Villa has a log burning fire - ideal for those chillier out of season nights. Air conditioning/heating is provided in all bedrooms and the main entertaining areas. The property is approached via its own private electric gates onto a long drive to a large porch and the front door. You enter into the extensive kitchen, dining area with a huge balcony off with table and chairs to accommodate 8\. The recently upgraded kitchen has a large American Fridge Freezer - an island with casual seating and overlooking those fantastic views indoor seating for 8 guests. On this floor is a snug with a quiet area and a guest toilet and cloakroom. On this floor is the impressive Master Bedroom Suite with a Super-king high quality bed with memory topper and sitting area for quiet relaxation gazing at those views. There is a fabulous balcony off this bedroom with views down to the coast and to the mountains. A great place to finish the day with a glass of wine or G & T. Downstairs takes you to the other 2 double bedrooms each with their own dressing area and private shower room. One bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and those outstanding views. From the utility room you go outside to access the fourth private extra large twin double beds. On this floor is also the magnificent lounge with Smart TV - English channels via Sky TV and a wonderful curved sofa to relax on. There are window seats looking out over the view. A door from the lounge takes you outside to the extensive pool area. There are 8 sunbeds, table and chairs to seat 8 guests to dine al-fresco and the luxury of an outdoor kitchen with gas burner, fridge freezer, sink, bbq and your very own outdoor bar which also has it's own sink. There are various toys/inflatables to be used in the pool next to the fridge:freezer. The pool - for a small fee outside of peak summer can be heated on request €25 per night. In the property there are Bluetooth speakers on both floors to enjoy your own music plus a small portable speaker for outdoor use plus another speaker in the outdoor kitchen area - 4 speakers in total. Air conditioning/heating in all rooms. On the ground floor there is a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This Villa will suit the discerning client who wants peace, relaxation and luxury with fabulous views. A car is recommended with travel to the wonderful Mijas Pueblo only six minutes away - there are many bars and restaurants in the Pueblo and the multi story car park costs just 1 euro for 9 hours stay. Fuengirola is the nearest beach area but there are many beaches along the coast - 15 minutes in the car. Marbella is 25 minutes drive away. Please note Bedroom 4 is part of the Villa but is accessed through a separate entrance which may not suit very young children. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est confortable, meublée avec goût et bien équipée aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La villa est située sur les hauteurs dans un bel environnement très calme, elle est proche de tout et l’accès est facile. Le point fort de cette propriété est cette magnifique vue sur la mer et les montagnes que l’on voit de tous les niveaux, impossible de s’en lasser ! We have just returned from an amazing week at Villa Arpa Eolica. It really is what we hoped for and more. The views are spectacular whichever room you are in but our favourite was to have meals on the terrace and drink in the views. A lot of thought and care has been taken to provide a superior experience even down to providing for example binoculars which came in very handy! The Venta about 1km away was our favourite eating spot - the food is tremendous - and really recommended. The listing pictures doesn’t do this property justice. I came here with friends and everyone couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. This is definitely more upscale and modern than other properties in the area. The owners have great taste and thought of everything needed for a relaxing vacation.
