A completely new development of 12 units constructed with use of absolute high end materials. This semi-detached villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet a private pool and more than 140 m2 terrace surface divided over 3 levels. The property presents itself very spacious and bright due to its high ceilings and large- heat resistant - window parties. As with all villas in the BlueSky Riviera development this villa is designed to integrate the indoor areas seamlessly with the outdoor terrace and patio areas - creating large open living spaces. The decoration skills of the owners have made this property to a very inviting unit with all that is required for a successful holiday stay. From each level of this property there are impeccable views to the Mediterranean Sea. The best views are from the enormous roof top terrace, which is partly covered. The ground floor comprises an open plan living room & kitchen a guest toilet and 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. From the living room there is direct access through huge sliding doors to the pool area with 6 sunbeds. The first floor comprises a lounging/TV area, a south facing master bedroom with private terrace, a walk-through closet and en suite bathroom.
