2. BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT VILLA IN LA CALA:
Beautiful semi-detached in residence with two community pools, tennis available with previous reservation and in front
of the pirate ship, famous in La Cala de Mijas and its beaches. This community is one of the most sought after as it is
close to all services without the need of a car.
Comfortably furnished and contemporary, in the heart of the Costa del Sol and 33 km from Malaga airport.
It is a two storey house with solarium, front and back terrace and each bedroom has a balcony. The front of the house
looks directly onto the beach and the back of the house onto the community with its well kept gardens. The communal
swimming pools can be reached by clearly marked paths.
The house is fully air conditioned throughout, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bathrooms, one with separate shower
and bath and one with shower, plus toilet on the ground floor. It has a very spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas,
TV, and the kitchen is independent, modern, fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and
everything you need for cooking.
