After we booked, and paid for, a room the hotel sent us a message saying (in Spanish - which I was able to translate because of a basic knowledge of the language) that the hotel was closed because of water inundation. They followed up with a shorter message simply saying that the hotel was closed. So, we had to find another hotel at short notice. The hotel should not have been listed as available.

Precioso lugar pero algunos detalles.

El servicio súper amable y atento. El entorno y los jardines espectaculares. La habitación no muy bien distribuida y el internet casi nulo. Muy buen precio y desayuno incluido.

La atención del encargado pendiente de todo gue estupenda, Luis se porto de 10 con nosotros. Tuvimos algunos problemitas al llegar y el se encargó de solucionarlos y estar pendientes. Sin duda una atención buenísima. La comida muy rica y casera. Mucha naturaleza, silencio, desconexion...

El hotel está situado en un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, lo que no me gustó mucho fue que el desayuno era monótono y sin variedad, además la TV era vieja y no funcionaba bien.
