The staff were polite and kind. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. We have stayed here twice now this is our go to hotel in tokyo. Also close to the train station so easy to get around tokyo.

An outstanding stay for myself and my family. Local transit was only a few minute walk and the staff were friendly annd extremely helpful with anything we needed. A 7 day trip and the room was cleaned daily made up just like the first night, thank you!

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely clean amenities. Buffet breakfast was great. Perfect location. Only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the room was stuffy. The wall switch that read aircon only circulates warm air. The room needs some airflow.
