### Stunning Flat in The Heart of Midhurst Old Town

The Gatehouse flat stylish, well lit, spacious self contained flat, located in in a large converted Georgian property situated in the stunning Edinburgh Square in the historic Old Town part of Midhurst, West Sussex.  
  
Stylishly renovated, maintaining the original Georgian features, this well lit flat, feels spacious and welcoming. It is the perfect place to visit Midhurst and explore the local area including Petworth, Arundel, The Witterings and Goodwood and Fontwell.  
The space  
The Gatehouse is a grand former Georgian hotel converted into individual apartment, with long standing permanent residents, it is located in a quiet residential area, if you're coming to Midhurst to party this isn't the place for you, but it is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the local area and be close to some of the most beautiful, historic and exciting areas in West Sussex and the South Downs. The flat is literally a minute’s walk to West Street and a few minutes’ walk right into Midhurst High Street or Cowdray Park.  
  
The apartment features a Large Sitting room with dining area, a modern, fully fitted kitchen. A generous bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.  
  
The spacious light and airy Siting Room features a comfortable sofa and vintage Mid-Century armchairs combined vintage and contemporary art to create a stylish space to relax in. Featuring a concealed TV with a motorised TV lift and a Samsung Smart TV incorporating Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV, together with a Sonos speaker and a wireless iPhone charging station. The room also includes a 4 seat Ercol dining table and chairs. With views of Edinburgh Square, it’s the perfect place to start and end your day in Midhurst.  
  
The bedroom is bright, airy and comfortable with an Ercol King Size bed, luxurious bed linens, super soft and warm down duvets and pillows. Hypo allergenic options are also available upon request. A hair dryer is included together with a steam iron and ironing board. With fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers there is plenty of space to store your clothes during your stay.  
  
The flat features an en-suite Bathroom with a large walk in shower an extra-large rain shower head for a great shower experience and combi boiler provides constant instant hot water. Luxurious 600gm bath sheets and hand towels as well as hand soap, body wash and shampoo are also provided to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.  
  
The new Kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances, including a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, Neff integrated appliances: induction hob, oven, hood and Dishwasher., together with a Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer and all the general kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery and tableware that you may need for a stay away from home. There is also a Sonos speaker to relax whilst cooking n the kitchen  
  
Hi speed broadband Wifi is available throughout the flat. There s central heating with Hive controls.
