HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or events.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud outdoor noise).
- Clean the BBQ and empty the fire pit after use.
- Rule violations can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

FIRE PIT RULES
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Bring your own firewood. Giant supermarket and 7-Eleven are both a two-minute drive away.
- Know where the fire extinguisher is located and how to use it. Supervise children at all times.
- You must be 18 or older to use the fire pit.
The fire must be attended at all times.
- No cooking.
- Stay 3 feet away from the fire.
- Douse the fire with water until all embers are out.

PROPANE BBQ GRILL RULES
- You must be 18 or older to use the grill.
- Know where the fire extinguisher is located and how to use it.
- The grill must be attended at all times. Supervise children near the hot grill.
- Use utensils that are grill-friendly.
- Make sure all knobs are in the OFF position when done grilling.
- Clean up after each use.
