We found it in quite an unpleasant state and had to hand wash the entire load. This should have been properly addressed by your cleaning team. Also quite thick dust, dead bugs and dirt on ledges, under furniture in all rooms. Main area surfaces (kitchen) were clean. Here’s a review draft: This holiday home has a million-dollar view that’s truly breathtaking and well worth experiencing. The owners should be congratulated on the beautiful surroundings – the local fauna and flora around the home add a charming, natural feel. Unfortunately, we encountered some disappointing maintenance issues. The windowsills were mouldy, there were holes in the fly screens, and the sliding door’s fly screen kept coming off. The home was also very dirty when we arrived, and we spent our first day cleaning with limited and broken cleaning supplies. It’s clear the home is in need of a deep clean to match the lovely setting. Overall, we would recommend the owners consider changing property management to ensure the property receives the care it deserves.
