Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. We were displaced due to a power outage. This hotel was basic. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were scratchy and thin. All towels were very stiff. It felt cheap for the price but functional.
