"A great location and staff were very friendly. However for a 5 star stay - the bubble rooms need to be maintained better (paint was off at many places, rails were wobbly, and the decking was rather unsafe with nails sticking out). Also there were cigarette butts left - so cleanliness "

"We knew what to expect as a desert camp. Accomodation was as expected. Our first room had an issue with the smell so the staff organised us in a new room. No problem and they were very helpful. The only issue about our whole stay was that one of the more senior staff was unhappy about something and yelled for sometimes after the staff and was very loud and we fell really bad about it.It's really unfortunate as it put a dark cloud on our stay. Everything else was good about our stay."

"We really enjoyed the location of the hill Glamping. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. In the evening there was live music at the bar which results in a good atmosphere in the accommodation. We can warmly recommend this place without hesitation. "

"It was amazing! Right in front beach. Absolutely private view. No one is walks infront of your area. Love the service from reception and restaurant. Always checking in to see if we need anything. Checkin was a breeze and so was checkout. Mohd Saber was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast came on time as specified. Only thing was not pots and pan for cooking. We had to request. Perfect place to unwind. Caravan 6 was old and needs some upgrading. Otherwise we loved the quiet private relaxed...

"This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai. "
