"We have just spent 3 nights at Splendida Palace and what an amazing boutique hotel. It is located up a small quiet road where we were allocated a private parking space. We were greeted by Marija, a very happy and positive person who speaks very good English. She gave us lots of tips on where to visit which were really useful. Included breakfast was good - more than adequate with choice of hot/cold foods, breads, cereals, coffees, etc. Not sure what others are expecting for a small hotel with 7-ish rooms. Docked 1 star for parking which is expensive at 15 euros/night."

"Our stay was fantastic. Luka met us outside of old town, led us to our parking spot and then gave us a quick walking tour of Split en route to the hotel. The accommodations were modern and the location was great. Breakfast was also great. When we checked out Luka hopped on his scooter and had us follow him around the outside of the city to the Jarolina ferry port for our ferry to Brac. Luka and the team went above and beyond! Great service - highly recommend!"

We were made to feel very welcome and communication with the owner was excellent before and throughout our stay. As we were the only guests staying we were able to check in early and check out late which was very helpful. "The building is a medical centre and hotel. The entrance via a corridor off the main road and is initially off putting. It is a bit away from the main town but bus stops outside. The roads outside are busy and some traffic noise unless windows closed, but good air con makes this ok. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit basic but nicely set out. But overall a lovely place and the location is FANTASTIC! right next to Diocletian's Palace. It was so convenient. I would recommend. "
