    A perfect slice of heaven on earth, with the beach just a short walk away. While together with some of your favorite people enjoy your time-sharing stories in the bonus seating room on the second floor while the chef cooks up your family favorite in the spacious kitchen. Rainy days and cool nights can be turned into a friendly ping pong tournament in the basement.

    -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

    Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

    RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity.
    4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Location was the best - across from the park for live music and just a small walk to the pool and amenities. House was so stocked with EVERYTHING we could have needed and then some!

The homes provided plenty of sleeping spaces for the 13 of us. We enjoyed gathering around the huge kitchen table to eat ,drink , talk and play games.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice experience. Lovely summer home. We had a plumbing problem and the office took care of it quickly. Only complaint about the home is that there was no empty stoage cabinets for guests groceries. And an extra refrigerator in the basement would be nice. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook anything you could possibly need.

It is spacious, close to resort amenities, but a good 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan beach. The house was well stocked with everything, including beach items, chairs, umbrellas, wagons to lug it all to the beach, a cooler, etc. was a great house for an extended family reunion, along with the apartment over the garage, the Carribben Crib.

The cottage itself was immaculate and very well set up. All one could want during the stay, up to including notepads, pens, pencils etc. The only thing we could ask for is a bit more hall closet space on the second floor. We used the twin beds for adults but the closets seemed more like those for children.
