Recently refreshed with a new coat of paint and thoughtful updates under new ownership as of January 2025, this charming coach house is perfect for a small family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. Whether you're staying solo or pairing it with the adjacent Talk House for larger gatherings, this space is sure to make you feel right at home.
Your Beachwalk Experience
Flip-flops are a must for your summer stay! Located just steps from the private resort pool (complete with a heated pool, toddler pool, and a splash pad), you'll find endless fun for all ages. Pack the complimentary wagon with your beach essentials and enjoy a leisurely 5-minute walk to the private shores of Lake Kai. Don’t forget to stop by the snack shop for a soft-serve ice cream cone along the way!

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with fresh, crisp linens.

Conveniently located in Beachwalk Resort, The Fireplace Inn is directly across from the swimming pool and sprinkler pad and a short walk to Lake Kai and other resort amenities.
Parking
One designated parking space is available along the street in front of the house. Please refrain from parking in front of the garage.

No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties or fireworks.
Must be 25+ years old to reserve and stay.
Resort Amenities
Enjoy all the perks of Beachwalk Resort, including a 4-ft heated pool, toddler pool, basketball and tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, paddleboarding and kayaking, catch-and-release fishing, and more! Wristbands ($15 each) and parking passes ($5 each) are required mid-May through September for guests aged 4 and older. Some amenities are only available in summer season. Please check with the Beachwalk office to confirm.
The Fireplace Inn is available to rent with a 7-night stay in peak season, with check-in & check-out on Fridays.
