Excellent location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, walking distance to Coco Walk, Excellent for a couple or for a family (up to 4 members), renovated place.  
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood and also very close to the action.  
Free troley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.  
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car)

#### Return to Coconut Grove 

Stayed at the property 2 years ago. Little trouble with check on, but not bad. Booked the same unit as last time. Check in time 4pm. We arrived at 4:30\. Not check in information provided before arrival. Contacted host VRBO message app and called. No answer. Went to unit to see if door was unlocked with instructions inside. Someone was staying in the unit already. Luckily maintenance man was on site and helped get a hold of host and moved us to another unit. Love the location of the property. Very convenient to everything the Grove has to offer. Property management needs to do better on there end as as communication goes
