It’s an oasis of calm featuring teak interiors, tranquil pools, and world-class service. Two-bedroom residences offer spacious layouts ideal for families or longer stays, blending Eastern minimalism with coastal comfort. THE SPACE: • 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. • 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed. • Spacious 1,279 ft² (119 m²) of living space. • Full Oceanfront view and City view with Northeastern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, Bose sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • The Setai Hotel charges a daily resort fee of $285 (plus tax) per day. This will be paid directly to the Setai upon check-in. For all stays 30 nights or longer, the amount per night is $115 (plus tax). • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence.
