Getting Around: The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance \- Please note! There is a Resort Fee of $35 per night to be paid directly to the front desk at check-in. This fee grants access to The Gale Hotel's premium amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a pool bar, specialty dining, lounges, and more. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. \- The check-in process takes place at the front desk with the assistance of one of the host's onsite representatives. It is essential that all guests provide an exact arrival time to prevent any delays. \*For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional fee of $35 will be charged. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. \- Additional/visiting guests should be greeted by the main guest on the reservation. Please respect the neighbors. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. \- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
