The neighborhood has plenty to explore, from nearby parks and the Ancient Spanish Monastery to kayaking and trails at Oleta River State Park. You’ll also be just a short drive from Aventura Mall, local restaurants, and the beach. It’s a simple, laid-back spot that makes it easy to enjoy everything Miami has to offer. The home is completely private for your stay. However, there is a small attached studio with a separate locked entrance, occupied by a long-term tenant. There is no shared access between the studio and the house — both spaces are fully private.
