From the moment we arrived, the unit had a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout. No amount of airing out helped.The beds were extremely uncomfortable, to the point where getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible and the sheets were old and worn.The unit looked clean, modern, and well-kept online, but the reality did not match. The space felt worn down and poorly maintained with faucets falling off the walls, dirty/ broken baseboards and accumulated dirt in the corners of the floor. Doors are broken (x2k, the shower head was broken and having a copper pipe sticking out of the wall... The smell of the unit was a mix of urine and smoke.. one of the toilets didnt work.. I contacted the owner and they had no flexibility on the situation. I did not stay at this place any of the time it was booked for.... Upon telling the owner she still didn't care to provide any reimbursement or any negotiation of any sort. Extremely poor quality in my opinion and misleading. the VRBO app did not do me well. I transfered to a local hotel and got a new place through a different host provider... The location was everything, it felt safe and was very close to where we needed to be. The ocean was visible from the balcony and the roof top was awesome to hangout at, tan and just relax. The Private rooftop was the Reason but the evening view was Breathtaking. Location, Location, Location. Absolutely perfect for access to all of Miami entertainment. The FREE designated parking was icing on the cake. The unit was spacious and well stocked with basic needs. Angel was very responsive and answered all my questions. The area is safe and walkable to stores like Whole Foods, Walgreens and Publix. It’s a short drive to most popular sites and areas. I was there for Pilates teacher training and the neighborhood has plenty of studios nearby. The private parking was super helpful.
