Doors are broken (x2k, the shower head was broken and having a copper pipe sticking out of the wall... The smell of the unit was a mix of urine and smoke.. one of the toilets didnt work.. I contacted the owner and they had no flexibility on the situation. I did not stay at this place any of the time it was booked for.... Upon telling the owner she still didn't care to provide any reimbursement or any negotiation of any sort. Extremely poor quality in my opinion and misleading. the VRBO app did not do me well. I transfered to a local hotel and got a new place through a different host provider... The unit was spacious and well stocked with basic needs. Angel was very responsive and answered all my questions. The area is safe and walkable to stores like Whole Foods, Walgreens and Publix. It’s a short drive to most popular sites and areas. I was there for Pilates teacher training and the neighborhood has plenty of studios nearby. The private parking was super helpful.
