The pictures of the property give a very accurate sense of the apartment. Living area and bedroom were both very comfortable. Apartment overall was clean, but on arrival there were a few things that were a little grimy (dishes all needed a run through the dishwasher/terrace table hadn't been cleaned) and there were several missing lightbulbs through out the apartment , but for $180 a night we were fine doing a little bit to get the place tidied up. Jay was good about answering questions before the trip and we found the staff at the condo to be very friendly and helpful. The gym not only had good cardio machines, but a sizable variety of free weights and machines. The condo looks out on the water, is just a short Uber ride to South beach and is in walking distance to the galleries and restaurants in Wynwood. There also is a supermarket just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Tom K.
