Just steps from the ocean, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private residence offers the perfect extended getaway for families or couples seeking sophisticated coastal living with resort-style comfort. Guests can unwind by the stunning pools, relax on the beach, or indulge in the many dining and wellness experiences available within the complex. THE SPACE: • 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and private balcony. • 2 Queen beds. • Spacious 1,230 ft² (114.27 m²) of living space. • Southern exposure with pool and ocean views. • Bathrooms stocked with premium hotel-style toiletries and amenities. • Entertainment features include Smart TVs, cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi. • A minimum stay of 30 days is required at the Roney Palace. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay at the Roney you can pamper yourself with the wonderful amenities, which include (charges may apply): • The residence's pool + access to 1 Hotel and Homes luxurious pools • Direct access to 600 feet of white sandy beach (surcharge for beach chairs and umbrellas apply) • 5-star Bamford Haybarn Spa • Spacious one-of-a-kind Anatomy Gym ($170 a month) • Valet parking service GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • SECURITY DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS RESIDENCE. AMOUNT WILL BE ON FLORIDA LEASE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. • All bookings will require a Florida Lease to be signed as it is a building requirement. It will be sent to you after booking. • One complimentary parking spot is available at the Valet. • The guest will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. • Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property. • Pets are not permitted in this residence. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
