The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of. There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator. Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in. Please use appliances as they are intended to be used. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests. We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Would totally stay here again if ever in Miami. Only downside is that the restaurants and bars onsite at the hotel seem to be permanently closed even though they say it’s just under renovation. Who knows. So we just brought our own snacks and drinks by the pool, which probably ended up far more cost effective I guess. So maybe a win-win still. ##### Kiana D.
