My Miami Getaway, Apt 1

Kick back and relax in this stylish, newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment after a day of exploring Miami's vibrant neighborhoods. Located in the Upper Eastside, you're just minutes from hotspots like the Miami Design District (2.3 mi), Downtown (7 mi), and South Beach (8 mi). Enjoy a small kitchen, modern decor, and a spacious shared yard—perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Our property has 4 apartments in total. They can be accessed directly through the back yard, and also through the main front door, from the inside of the house.

Each apartment is equipped with most necessary furniture and appliances - queen size bed, small dining table for two (suitable to also complete those work related tasks you might have brought with you), kitchen area (note: mini fridge, microwave and stove, yet no oven).

We have Washer and Dryer available to you for a nominal price of $1.50 and $1.00 per load respectively. Yes, you will need quarters. The laundry area is on the outside, on a side of the house.

Backyard is a shared space and you are welcome to unwind, enjoying some shade in the hot days, or relax in the evenings.
