Just south of downtown. 10 min to Miracle Mile and Dadeland/South Miami. 5 minutes to University of Miami and Coconut Grove. Great, friendly neighborhood. It’s a 10 min walk to the Douglas St Metro station. There’s a free trolley that goes right by the property.
