Other Things to Note: ➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee. ➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Interaction with Guests: I will be your personal concierge for your stay.
