Getting Around: The nearest airport is MIA (Miami International Airport), located about 8 miles from the property. Travel time depends on traffic but usually takes around 20 minutes. Valet parking is available for a fee on the property. You can also find public parking options around the corner, such as the public garage at 664 NE 2nd Ave. Public transportation options are also nearby, with quick access to bus and metro stations. Other Things to Note: \- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected. \- The main guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. \- A resort fee of $35 + VAT per night is charged at check-in, granting access to excellent Gale amenities such as pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel. \- Check-in takes place at the front desk with the help of one of the hotel's onsite representatives. All guests must provide an exact arrival time to avoid delays. \*For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, an extra fee of $35 will be charged. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests may need to present an official ID at check-in or during their stay. \- Depending on the booking platform used, a security deposit might be required, which will be refunded after check-out if all terms are met. \- No additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are allowed. \- Smoking of any kind inside the condo is strictly prohibited! Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and was conveniently located close to bus stops. As Miami first-timers, my 5 friends and I enjoyed the stunning views, great proximity, and beautiful amenities. The building lobby always had security and I always felt safe in the building and in the surrounding areas. This was a great stay and the hosts were impressively quick to reply.
