The house was clean, the A/C worked great, the backyard is super cute and the location was perfect — just minutes from downtown Coral Gables with great shopping and restaurants. 15 min to UM baseball field too. However, the listing says it sleeps 10, which is very misleading. It comfortably sleeps 6 in three queen beds, but the remaining "sleeping arrangements" were unclear and disappointing. I should have asked for specifics. The air mattress deflated quickly, and the sofa was far too small for two adults — maybe one small adult and a child. The host should be more transparent about how the additional guests are expected to sleep. The description mentions a 4th bathroom that does not exist (not that you need it). ##### Brandy W.
