I was a little hesitant to book because the description mentioned that I had to complete a lease agreement, I’m so glad that didn’t deter me. That was super easy and it was approved within a day, it’s essentially a background check which is nice knowing other people staying in the building had to do the same. You really do need to be on a lease because they have 24 hr concierge that may need to call you if you get food delivered and they let you know if there is scheduled maintenance in the building. I was nervous to get the keys at a nearby coffee shop but I was able to add multiple stops to my Lyft ride so it wasn’t bad and the coffee shop is close by. I stayed for a month and worked from home. The studio had all the essentials including a washer and dryer. This unit had AMAZING work views from the desk, you can see the ocean and cruise ships coming and going. The internet was fast! The night view of the city was my absolute favorite, there are a couple chairs to sit in and just enjoy the view and city sounds. The unit must have hurricane proof windows because the unit is very quiet when the sliding doors were closed. The gym had just enough enough equipment to get a good workout in, the views from the gym were also amazing! The pool was great with amazing views. I didn’t have a car and I didn’t end up needing one, I averaged 6 miles a day and enjoyed walking everywhere. I found it to be a very safe area! 10/10 I’d rent again ##### Amy P.
