Amazing stay, I loved every single employee. Got us checked in 2 hours before our initial time since our flight landed early in the morning had help and very accommodating. Also being 20 years old and being able to check in myself without requiring a 21+ year old present. 5/5 recommended to everyone that chooses to stay in Miami. Beautiful outdoor pool that’s also not overly crowded especially during a 3 day weekend holiday with a connecting beach in the back.

This hotel is a Miami gem. From the moment we arrived, it felt updated and luxurious. Staff were welcoming and helpful, amenities were wonderful (down to the young man who set up our beach loungers with soft towel covers). The room was serviced beautifully every day. It was so clean. I wish I could stay here again and again. It was handy for South Beach, Espagnola Way, and lots more. Transportation options were good with the free trolleys and city buses leaving steps from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very cute, had nice rooms, a great pool, a really nice lobby. We enjoyed our stay. It was really close to shops, restaurants and many other things to do. The only thing that would have improved our stay was a better explanation of how things worked like getting beach chairs and pool chairs, but we only stayed one night so we didn’t have a lot of time to figure everything out.

This place has potential. the location is great and the layout of the hotel/resort. However it is old and dated. My room was damp and musty, cleaners removed my soap, robe and never replaced. The walls are thin and I barely slept 2 of my 3 nights due to noise from other rooms. I found the staff to be ok but not super friendly. Bathroom shower leaked and towel hanger fell off wall, was a little grimy. I wouldn’t go back.

We arrived very early in the morning, many hours before our check-in time. The staff at the front desk was very kind and friendly and checked us into a room so that we could get some rest. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as represented in the pictures. The pool was great, location was almost ideal. Hundred percent would stay again in the future.

Overall, the property and the staff were wonderful. The location is excellent, and the proximity to the beach made our stay even better. As of June 2026, the property appears to be undergoing some extensive remodeling, but the noise and ongoing work did not affect our stay in any way. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and found the rooms to be modern and comfortable. The only thing I’d note is that, although the cleaning team came by every day, the bathrooms could use a more thorough deep clean.
