Despite the colder than usual temperatures, our stay was wonderful.The suite has been upgraded as has the rest of the Ritz.James, the manager, was, as always, receptive to our requests and is a pleasure to deal with.We will be back next year.

James was a very fine host -- attentive, timely -- but the property really stole the show. Amazing views; very spacious. Having stayed at the hotel portion of this Ritz before, being in this condo was a virtually indistinguishable experience (aside from having more space and better value.) We'll be back.

Brief family trip in Key Biscayne

Great stay at this property for a quick 3 day trip on Spring Break. Parents 3 teens loved the property and amenities. The suite was perfect for our family! We will look for future opportunities to book again.

Great Stay

This is our second visit to this condo. It has beautiful views and is very spacious. All needed amenities are provided. This is a great condo for families. James is always accommodating and easy to work with. We love staying here and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful setting

We've stayed at this property several times. James is very accommodating. This Ritz is closing May 1 for a a 7 month refresh. It is a beautiful setting and we look forward to all the improvements and refurbishing.

Fabulous stay

We really loved the Ritz amenities. Used the pool and tennis daily. The restaurant was great and service level top notch. The views from the unit were awesome. Communication with James was great. The unit does need some updating. The resort is going to be renovated this year.

Incredible location, condo needs maintenance

The location is unbelievable. My family barely left the resort. You get access to all amenities as the Ritz (gym, spa, pools, restaurants, bars, etc...) but also have an apartment so you have access to a full kitchen. There's an incredible view off of the condo balconies as well.My biggest issue is with the condo itself. It needs a good bit of maintenance:- Ceiling fans in both bedrooms didn't work- The sliding door to the balconies are very difficult to open (I had to put my full weight behind it to get it to open)- Balcony chairs are falling apart, they have divots in all of them and made me nervous I was going to fall through- Many of the drawers were off their tracks and a few were missing knobs.If the maintenance was done I'd say this is clearly a 5 star property. The combination of location and amenities is truly amazing. I just wish the condo was in better shape.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family.
