Choosing this luxurious 1055 sq.ft., 2-Bed/2-Bath contemporary Eurpoean styled unit is the perfect getaway with friends and family. You'll imediately find this unit has absolutely gorgeous ocean view rooms, spacious living and dining area, fully equipped gourmet style kitchen with an open floor concept. Our guest will enjoy a long list of amenities with their stay. You will be able to enjoy the Hollywood Beach, which is just across the street, with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella included with your stay. Kitchen, Dining and Living Area: The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay., with floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy the beauiful ocean view all the way from the kitchen to the living room due to the open floorplan. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay including utensils and even a coffeemaker. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable queen-sized sleeper soufa along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach. Master Suite (Oceanview): The master suite has a king sized bed with hotel-quality ecologically produced bed linens, and beautiful ocean view. The master bathroom includes seperate tub and shower and his and hers vanity. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your items. This bedroom has flat screen TV and desk, in case you can get away for some work. Second Bedroom (Oceanview): The spacious 2nd bedroom has two double size beds with hotel-quality ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean view. This bedroom also has wall-mounted flat screen TV and desk, as well as plenty of closet space. Second Bathroom: The second bathroom is just steps away in the hallway with a shower and vanity. Full access to Hyde Resort's World Class Highly Rated Amenities: ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 6th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and private cabanas (included in resort fee). INTERCOSTAL POOL - Located on the ground floor, infinity-edge intercostal view pool, west side of the building. FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee). BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee). TENNIS COURT BASKETBALL COURT CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service. RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Hyde Beach Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately). Security Deposit is $150 (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests. Comfortable, clean 2-bedroom unit on 37th floor. W/D in unit is a great plus. Fully equipped with all the basic necessities. Many stores close by, some even walking distance. East beach access just a few minutes away. Note, add 5-15 min for the elevator, very busy building so plan your time accordingly ##### Olga B. Well laid out for a family of four. Fantastic view across south ocean blvd to the ocean. Beautiful kitchen with great appliances - subzero fridge and Bosch appliances. Modern furnishings. Private laundry. Great water pressure in the shower! Overall, it was a very comfortable unit. Our host was fantastic to deal with. Communications was great. We even were granted an early check in. Because the unit was above the 35th floor it is a private residence condo, rather than a hotel condo unit. As such, we didn’t have to pay the daily resort or valet fees.However, being on the 37th floor meant long waits for the elevator.
