Welcome to one of Miami’s most Luxurious & perfectly located spots, Just across the street from Bayfront Park, no car needed for the Ultra Music Festival!!  
This new smart residence building is located on Biscayne Boulevard within walking distance to the best places in Downtown Miami, 5 minutes away from the Kaseya Center and Bayside Market Place, bars, restaurants and so much more.  
This condo of 1,043 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip.  
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful and comfortable for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nespresso coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils followed by the dining area with a table for 6 people and access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!!  
The living room has 2 comfortable full-size sofa beds along with a Smart TV   
The master bedroom includes 1 Queen-size bed, 1 full bath, a closet, with a Smart TV, and direct access to the balcony.  
The Secondary Bedroom has a 1 Queen-size bed, 1 full bath, a closet, with a Smart TV, and direct access to the balcony.  
Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries.
