If you want to explore the city further, you’ll have the convenience of your own parking spot in the building’s gated garage—a rare find in South Beach.  
This bright corner unit is on the 4th floor and features a west-facing balcony, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the apartment includes a spacious bedroom, a large living room, an open kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower, plus an additional half bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, cookware, dishes, and a selection of coffee and tea. Families will also appreciate our baby-friendly amenities, such as a Pack and Play and booster seats.
