All furniture in art deco style, porcelain marble-look floor, beautiful Italian style antique bathroom marble top vanity furniture, kitchen with black-galaxy granite counter top, overhead microwave, etc., etc. It is in walking distance to your favorite restaurants, clubs, and cafes. The building has a pool, access to a private beach, sundeck, fitness center, grocery store, business and multimedia center and 24 hour security and valet parking. The pool and surrounding deck have been recently renovated and look beautiful, with direct access to the beach. Application Fee: $50 ; cleaning fees: $200. Minimum Lease Period: 6 months Monthly Lease: $ 3,650 Rental Deposit Includes: 1st Month Security Deposit, First Month's Rent.
