The host was very accommodating to let me check in early but then when we stepped out of the elevator, the nightmare began. The putrid smell in the hallway carpet that led to our apartment was so unbearable that I could only spent three whole hours before vacating the place. I needed up losing almost $600 dollars since the owner refused to give me at least a partial refund and told me that is not his responsibility what happens outside his apartment. His place wasn’t the cleanest either. It had a musty smell and there was mold on ceiling and the bed sheets smelled like wet dog. I really hope that VRBO doesn’t let this happen to another person. Victor is very responsive when you ask a question and he handled the parking situation well. The bed is very comfortable. Unit has a well supplied kitchen. As I said the location is great with restaurants and night life within walking distance. Really close to the beach! He provides beach chairs and towels too. Very nice! ##### Donna E.
