The Space:

A complimentary shuttle makes it easy to reach Hallandale Beach, where you'll find beach towels and two chairs ready for your ultimate relaxation. For a bit of adventure, rent bikes and explore the vibrant Hallandale Beach neighborhood at your own pace. At Beachwalk Resort, your stay is more than just a place to rest—it’s your gateway to the best of South Florida.



Relax in our comfortable studio, featuring two plush full-size beds and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy calming views or unwind with entertainment on the in-room TV. Whether you're starting your morning in quiet relaxation or settling in after a day of adventure, this studio is the perfect place to recharge during your South Florida vacation. Please note that this unit type does not include a kitchen. If you would like access to a kitchen, we recommend booking one of our 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments instead.

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes

A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
