While you\`ll feel tucked away from the city\`s hustle, you\`re just minutes from everything! 5-minute drive: Coral Gables, many local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. 10-minute drive: Miami International Airport (MIA) and Brickell. 15-minute drive: Downtown Miami. 20-minute drive: Miami Beach. If you\`re using public transport, you\`ll be glad to know there are bus routes running every 20 minutes from three main roads nearby. The free #9 trolley, \`Little Havana Route,\` is also available and connects you to downtown Brickell. For those with a car, you\`ll appreciate the plentiful free on-street parking near the house, a major plus compared to the costly parking downtown and in Brickell. You may hear nearby chickens and roosters early in the morning and the occasional airplane overhead.
